The NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund has made protecting America’s gun owners our first priority. To preserve our Second Amendment freedoms, we must continue set legal precedents in favor of gun owners and their Constitutional rights.

Donations received at this site will be directed to the NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund. These funds will be used to provide and ensure legal and financial assistance to selected individuals and organizations defending their right to keep and bear arms. They will also be used to sponsor legal research and education on a wide variety of gun-related issues, including the meaning of the Second Amendment and nature of the right to keep and bear arms provision in state constitutions.

The NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund is a tax exempt organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Your donation to the NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund may qualify for an income tax deduction in accordance with Federal and/or State income tax laws and absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer.
